Breakfast
Catherine will prepare for you a full breakfast (included in the room rate) with home-made and local products. Breakfast is served between 8 am and 9:30 pm.
You will start the day after having tasted :
- coffee, tea from our selection or hot chocolate
- local organic apple juice or orange juice
- selection of fresh breads and Catherine's cake of the day
- fruit muesli
- home made jams with original flavours
- forest honey from our Valley
- butter
- home made yoghurts
- local cheese and ham
Dinner at the table d'hôtes
We offer our guests the opportunity to share the evening dinner with us, subject to availability and from 4 people (please ask us for the dinner planning). It is served in our dining room at 19:30 for all guests upon prior reservation at least 48h before your arrival.
Catherine draws inspiration for her menus from her family recipies, which she links with Alsatian cuisine.
Our set menu features starter, main course, home-made dessert (of course !), as well as bottled Alsatian wine and coffee or tea.
Price : 32 euros per person all inclusive.
Lunch packs
Going out for a day hike ? Ask us the evening before for your lunch pack :
- sandwich with cheese and smoked ham
- two bakery treats
- 50 cl bottled water
Price : 12 € per person
(Lunch packs will be prepared for you in individually sealed bags)
Pour le confort de tous, la maison est entièrement "non-fumeur".
La maison ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 10 ans.
Par souci d'hygiène nous regrettons de ne pouvoir accueillir les animaux.
